Dr. Ralph Madeb, MD FACS

Dr. Ralph Madeb earned his medical degree from Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. He completed a surgical internship and residency and his urology residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr. Madeb is board certified in urology by the American Board of Urology and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He is also a diplomate of the American College of Surgeons. He belongs to many societies including Sexual Medicine Society of North America, International Society for Sexual Medicine, American Urological Association, Society for Urologic Oncology, American Medical Association, and American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Madeb is the Medical Director of the Finger Lakes Urology Institute, Chief of Surgery at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital and the Medical Director for the Office of Telehealth at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital. Dr. Madeb has been published in more than 40 journal articles on his extensive training, research and expertise in treating urologic cancers and conditions. He is trained in minimally-invasive (robotic) surgery techniques, offering his patients shorter hospital stays and faster recovery times.
Physician Assistant, Jason M. Donovan RPA-C

Jason Donovan is a certified Physician Assistant with nearly 10 years of clinical experience and with over 5 years of experience in male erectile and sexual dysfunction. Jason actively promotes men’s health and has participated in numerous community programs to educate men about sexual function and dysfunction. His practice interests include general men’s health, , Low Testosterone ( Low T ), erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, priapism, peyronie’s disease, and hypogonadism.
He is currently an associate member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA), and the Urological Association of Physician Assistants (UAPA). Jason received a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Radford University (1999), his EMT certification at Monroe Community College (2000), and his Physician Assistant degree from Rochester Institute of Technology(2003).
Alicia Caiola-Hicks, Practice Manager/LPN
Alicia Hicks has worked for Dr. Madeb and Jason for over 8 years as both the practice manager and nurse manager at Batavia Urology before joining the team at Vitalize Medical Center. She has worked in urology for 11 years and is eager to bring her extensive knowledge and experience in issues concerning men and women’s overall health to the patients of Vitalize. She also holds a special interest in helping patients lose weight and gain a healthy lifestyle. Once being morbidly obese herself, Alicia understands how food addiction and poor eating can affect a person’s health, self esteem, and over all well-being. She enjoys working one on one with her patients to establish realistic weight loss goals and aiding them in their weight loss journey to a more healthy and active life.
In 2006, Alicia graduated top of her class from Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing and is currently continuing her education to obtain a Bachelors in Science and RN degree. She is a member of the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates (SUNA).
In her spare time, Alicia enjoys traveling and watching her children participate in their many dance and gymnastics competitions.
